“My experience in this course was outstanding. I like to bring a team with me, and hope to have more of my team participate the next time it is offered. The course content is so applicable to our every-day work both internally and externally with the public. We have to be focused on building consensus and moving that consensus to action, and this course continues to reinforce our abilities to do so.!”
