Technology of Participation Training

What took my community development work from 0 – 60 was learning the art of facilitation.  It was the game-changer in my own work.  So much so that I started the journey to help others learn this method.

The foundation course for Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation Methods is offered in Grand Island, Nebraska September 23-24, 2021.

My Great Plains co-facilitator trainers, Kayla Schnuelle and Greta Leach are leading this course.

If you want to learn how to lead your groups better, get greater participation, and organize register for this class.

Building Trust for Effective Delegation Starts with You

Delegation isn’t just about handing off tasks—it’s about building trust. In a recent facilitation workshop, we discovered that effective delegation begins with trusting others—and trusting ourselves enough to let go. Using facilitative tools like the Consensus Workshop and Focused Conversation, along with insights from Lumina self-awareness, leaders can build the clarity and confidence needed to delegate effectively.
